How many guests do your taxi’s hold?
Most of our fleet seats 6 passengers. Please be sure to let us know how many guests are in your party when booking as some seat 5. The price is for the private hire of the taxi and therefore remains the same no matter how many guests are on the tour.
If we are a large group can we book more than one taxi?
Yes, no matter what size group you are, we can accommodate you in multiple taxis to ensure you can all enjoy the wonderful experience together
Will my driver be a qualified guide
Yes, our drivers have not only studied the world famous ‘Knowledge of London’ but they have all passed the Worshipful Company of Taxi Drivers Guiding Course as a minimum.
Does the price include pick up?
Yes, we offer a bespoke service so we can pick your party up at your desired location for the advertised price (Central London only, T&C’s apply) and drop you off at a convenient location. We will confirm all the details with you prior to the tour starting and on your booking confirmation.
How long does the tour take?
The exact timings of each tour will be detailed in the booking confirmation you will receive upon booking. The allocated time with your driver starts at the stated pick up time, if you are late we are unable to extend the tour.
What can I expect on your tour?
Throughout your tour you can expect to see various points of interest and be entertained by your guide with interesting facts and historical information from the start. There will be numerous opportunities to get out of the taxi and get up close to many famous monuments alongside viewing others during the journey. Furthermore, you will have the chance to get some amazing photos with some outstanding backdrops. Our tour guides will be happy to assist and advise how to capture those unforgettable memories.
Are there be any additional costs?
Food and drinks are not included, but you are welcome to bring your own refreshments for the journey, or we would be happy to stop at your convenience. Gratuities are always gratefully received at your discretion.
How do I book a Taxi Tour?

Will you pick me up from a London airport for a taxi tour?
We are more than happy to pick you up from any London Airport, however this is an additional cost. Please message us using the enquiry form on our ‘contact us’ page with your requirements and we would be delighted to give you a quote.
I have mobility requirements, can you accommodate me if I require adapted access?
Yes of course. All of our taxis are fully wheelchair accessible and drivers are trained in assisting passengers to ensure safety and comfort.
Do you provide tours outside London?
Yes, we offer several trips outside of London. If there is somewhere specific you have in mind please let us know at the time of enquiring and we will be happy to accommodate your requests, or offer other suitable suggestions.
What is your cancellation Policy?
We offer a full refund up until 7 days before your tour is due to commence. Between 7 days - 48 hours before tour commences we offer 50% refund. Inside 48 hours all tours are non refundable
